In the mid-nineties, the Jubilee Christian Academy E. Rodriguez campus (annex) was built in order to serve the preschool division. Plans were made by the administration to make the annex campus into the main campus by expanding the capacity of the annex. On 2004, the E. Rodriguez campus successfully completed the transfer of the high school division to its new building and all the administrative tasks were also moved to the new building.
