Kegiatan ini akan diikuti siswa siswi SMA sederajat SE JAWA TIMUR, dengan serangkaian acara : BERBAGAI MACAM PERLOMBAAN TARAF REGIONAL, PAMERAN, PEMENTASAN, DLL DALAM TARAF SE JAWA TIMUR. ENGLISH THEATER FESTIVAL, ENGLISH SHORT STORY FESTIVAL, ENGLISH WEEKEND CAMP, STIBA NO BUNKASAI (SHODO, RODOKU, BENRON), STUDENT LIVE MUSIC FESTIVAL, AND SPORT. Semoga dengan apa yang nantinya dilakukan oleh STIBA di tahun 2010 ini mampu menjadi titik awal perjuangan menuju STIBA yang lebih baik. Amin.
