Attempts to create a written language of Andi have been carried out since 1992 with a new attempt in making a new alternative alphabet in 2002. Otherwise Avar is used as literary language. Place name for Kvankhidatli in Andi language is "Koxxidoł". Kvanhidatli - the village of Botlikh region of Dagestan, Russia.
