  • The Makati RTC.. is the Makati Metropolitan Trial Court Building. Situated on F. Zobel street Makati city. It is where Daniel Smith was tried and eventually convicted for Raping Suzette Nicolas (Nicole). in Subic on the Night of Nov 1 2005. Judge Pozon # 139 handed the U.S Marine Smith.. a 40 year imprisonment sentence for his crime. Smith is now a convicted Rapist. The nice Judge Perpetua Atal-Pano #66 is also here. She is a very fair and respectable Judge as are most of the Judges at the Makati RTC.
