Jenjarom, a village located in Selangor, Malaysia about 100 km west of Kuala Lumpur in the Kuala Langat district.

Jenjarom has a significant Chinese (Hokkien) population, and the village is the site of the Dong Zen Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple and Institute in Sungai Jarom.[1] Though this is predominantly for the Chinese Buddhist population, the non-Chinese community benefits from the tourism it attracts: there were about a quarter of a million visitors in 2004.

  • there 2 type of village here; 1. sg jarom which is hokkien communities are the majority live here where modern type of village goes. 2. kg jenjarom which is melayu communities live in the traditional village. u can see the traditional houses with warm hospitality people. come n see by ur own eyes how harmony we live in different races n customes.
