Kung baga foreign agency ang pagawa niyo ng program para walang sisihan kung sino ang gumawa..

The reason why you did not use the computerized counting machines or the automated counting machines is for you people to manipulate the results using the basic, primitive, manual counting procedure. Kilohan sa junk shop pwede. Shame to all of the Commissioners. I thought you are an independent office. Why do you allow yourselves to be manipulated by the palace or by your own self interest. You have lost your credibility and integrity. Halata kayo sa mga pinaggagawa niyo as exposed by the press. Do you think the people will still trust you? Your office is under the mantle of shame, doubt and embarrassment. If your office still hide the truth about the Garci issue, you can never ever clean the reputation and the integrity of your office. Long live the Filipino people.

It's such a shame how hoodlums like Garci, Abalos and Bedol could spit and trample on the Constitution while pretending to uphold it, much less get away with it. This "institution" thrives on fooling the Filipino people while serving the Machiavellian schemes of its mistress in Malacanang.
