It is the only building that remains from Sant Pau del Camp Monastery, one of the city's most important Romanesque group of monuments.



It forms part of the Sant Pau del Camp Monastery's group of monuments that date back to the twelfth century. It is one of the city's most notable Romanesque buildings. The church with its Latin cross base, three apses and domed transept is what remains of the monastery. It has an outstanding cloister with clover-shaped arches and twin columns from the thirteenth century. It is located in Barcelona's popular 'China Town'.
