The Architecture and Fine Arts Building houses facilities and learning spaces for architecture and fine arts courses under the Institute of Architecture and Fine Arts. Most of its classrooms are equipped with drafting tables for crafting course-related plates. Meanwhile, located at the ground is the university's infirmary, tending to health-related concerns of all stakeholders.

Built in 1941 by National Artist Architect Pablo Antonio in the Art Deco style initially for the Boys' High School. Its facade is nearly identical to the Admissions Building parallel to it, which was built for the Girls' High School also by Antonio.

For its cultural preservation, the Architecture and Fine Arts Building, alongside four others, were honored as honorable mentions of the Asia Pacific Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation by the UNESCO in 2005. They are also bestowed National Cultural Treasures by the National Museum in 2023.
