This might look like an open field, but oh no! Wikimapia has tricked you, friend! Since this picture was taken, this place is now a skate park. There's nothing too fantastic about it, just a regular skate park. It's abnormally clean for a skate park, but that doesn't stop old people from complaining about the noise, litter, and general "unsafe" nature of the park in the "Rants and Raves" section of the local paper.
