This playground is literally called The Dream Playground. Basically, the city council sent out questionnaires to children in Port Angeles and asked them what they wanted to see in a playground. It's pretty much just a regular playground with a lot of rainbows painted around it. I guess children in Port Angeles really like rainbows.
