It’s located on the canal Griboedova 71 and in close walk distance to the Sennaja Plochat with it’s supermarkets, shopping malls, fitness centers, beauty salons and much more. The entire floor and ceiling have been reconstructed including strong thermo and sound isolation. The outer walls of the flat are either capital walls or double brick walls. The flat has entrances from the main stair case and the black stair case. The black entrance leads directly to a closed yard where cars can be placed.
The house has been build 1886-1888 through the architect Pavel Sjusoro, who also has build the famous Singer House on Nevsky Prospekt.
