Larache

Larache (also El Araich; العرائش in Arabic) is an important harbour town in the region Tanger-Tétouan in northern Morocco. The town was probably founded by the Banu Aros, a subtribe of the Ghomara, who gave it the name Al Araich Beni Arous.
