  I have seen this place of so much squalor. baseco compound is owned by the state.... it can be converted into a Coney Island, New York theme park... this would generate billions to the economy as well as jobs for the poor...not to mention eliminating a major eye sore and possible ground zero for epidemics in the beach front of manila.

  the government assholes wont do that or they would lose plenty of voters in the future election keeping the people in despair is an easy prey for greed and corrupt politicians.
