The « Société de Gestion du Chemin de Fer Transgabonais » (abbreviated SETRAG) has been the concession of the Transgabonese railway since 2005.
SETRAG is a subsidiary of Comilog (Gabon), itself subsidiary of the ERAMET Group (France) and the Gabonese Republic.
Under the guidance of the Internal Finance Corporation (IFC), member of the World Bank, and in order to activate a sustainable development plan, ERAMET retained Vecturis as railway operator for a period of 4 years. Vecturis and ERAMET signed an agreement in June 2015.
