The White Tower is hightest building in Hradec Králové, main landmark, former watchtower and look-out platform today.
Built in 1574 from Horice sandstone, in 1581 had been hanged-up the Augustin bell there, the second largest in Czech - 169cm high and 260 cm wide, 8 tons weighty (the largest one is the Prague St. Vitus cathedral bell Sigismund).
