Still in regular use by UTLX as part of their Sayre shops, this was once the primary freight car manufacturing and maintenance shop for the LVRR and was in use right up to the Conrail takeover in 1976. Conrail elected to sell the property to private buyers and it was subsequently owned by a number of railcar repair companies before being purchased by UTLX in 2015 from GE Capital Railcar Services.
