Amazing Grace School was conceived in 1989 to answer the need for Christian School that will bring up children according the teachings of Christ in the Bible.

It started with two rooms in 87 Mabini St., San Pedro, Laguna with 65 pupils enrolled in Nursery, Kinder and Preparatory. On its second year, the school opened its Annex in a more conducive and suitable learning environment in San Vicente, San Pedro, Laguna, with an Elementary Department of initial Grades 1 and 2 pupils. The population grew to 225, an indicator of the community’s increasing trust. During the School Year 1991-1992 AGS enrolment rose to 350 pupils, from Nursery to Grade 3. The Grade School became fully operational with Grades 1 to 5 in the SY 1992-1993. Grade 6 level was added in the SY 1993-1994 completing all the Grade levels in Elementary.

Amazing Grace School was granted the permit to operate secondary level starting School Year (SY) 1995-1996 by the Department of Education Culture and Sports.

Amazing Grace School is a DepEd registered Christian School striving for academic excellence.

  • this school professes to be a Christian school but heck no...not even close...this school is the perfect example of "education-need-be-expensive." if this school is a government...i would say that it fits to be sued for graft and corruption...
  • i heard a story that a certain person here in AGS named leleng ordered his son, JR, to raise a PE t-shirt's price in front of a student who at that time, is buying that shirt. to elaborate more on this leleng told his son, JR....and i quote "Taasan mo yan..." take note...prices of any goods and services inside AGS are outrageously wallet crushing. even the canteen serves a no-value-for-money items.
  • wow.! this is my school! so proud of it! -saomi. [6-malachi batch 2007 - 2008.]
  • there are some many rules in this school i think this school is conservative. i think the weirdest rule is the 2x3 haircut PS: sana sa susunod, huwag na lang sila makialam sa buhay na may buhay!

  • fourth year na akey!
  • What this school has taught me are beyond lessons about Mathematics, Science, English, Filipino, and all other standard education. If it wasn't for values, perseverance, character and integrity that the school has taught me, I would have been a different person now. I may not truly believe in Christianity but I hold dear in my heart what made a difference to me from this school. Batch of 2002 Malachi-6 and other batches, I miss you guys.
