Black Sun (Seattle, Washington)

A black granite sculpture by Isamu Noguchi. It is said to have inspired Chris Cornell to write the lyrics for the Soundgarden song "Black Hole Sun". When you look through the hole in the center of this sculpture, you get a perfectly framed view of the Space Needle in the distance.
