A barangay that will be first encountered upon entering the land of Balayan coming from manila-tagaytay-nasugbu-tuy-balayan, followed by Lanatan then the town proper of Balayan. Munting Tubig is divided in to three areas, the "Ilaya" which is the part away from Balayan Proper sitted beside the municipality of Tuy, Batangas. "Ilaya" is where the Steel Corporation of the Philippines (SCP) is located. SCP is an International Company that produces Export Quality G.I. Sheets used for roofing. the "Gitna" which is the middle part of Munting Tubig where the Barangay Hall is located and also the Stock House (Warehouse) of Colt 45. And the "Ibaba" which is the part of Munting Tubig nearest to the town proper of Balayan and sitted beside Lanatan. It is where the covered basketball court and the Chapel is located, also the Lopez Pig Farm.
