The Bicol Science Centrum is often held unto by schools as one of their destinations for educational tours. The name itself describes its purpose and main features. It educates students and people entering the building by explaining fundamental and advanced scientific concepts through actual experience of students of the apparatuses that manifest the different scientific concepts. (e.g, the pendulum explaining Newton's law of motion)
