house, water mill, Grade II* Listed (UK)
New Hall Mill is one of only two remaining watermills in Birmingham. Built in the 18th century, it harnessed the power of East Brook or Ebrook, which has since been rechanneled and renamed Plants Brook. It is a Grade II* listed red brick house with a tiled roof. It is 2 storeys tall with casement windows. A lower wing has remains of timber framing. It is now a private house and no longer operational as a watermill but does open several times a year to the public.
