Ministry of Defence administration building, built in 1986 as part of the MoD's intitiatives at the time to de-centralise from London. It is the biggest office of its type outside the capital.

Originally designed to reduce traffic noise with sloping windows and structure, it is often said to be designed to be able to withstand a bomb blast outside. It is also said to go down as many stories as it goes up.
