  you guys offer great service. And i must say i have been coming to CUBANA my whole life, but the thing is i came for dinner the other night and this waiter with drealocks served us and he was very rude, never got a chance to speak to the duty manager because i did not want to spoil my evenig. He was telling me and my fiance about his problems and personal life of which i found it very annoying.I think he wanted us to feel sorry for him and it was intimidating. Your service is outstanding and please dont let one person to destroy your reputation and im asking yopu to adress this issue as soon as possible. We had to give him more 10% TIP coz my fiancee felt sorry for him, i must say i will speak to the manager on my next visit.

  @sheldon Please stop whining! Apparently, the poor parking guy was left without any change because you spend all your hard-earned money on tipping the disadvantaged waiter. Hopefully, the manager told where to put your complaint.
