Completed in 2007 the Torre Espacio (Space Tower) rises 57 floors above Madrid's adjacent Charmatin rail station, making it Spain's fourth tallest building. Its structure extends six levels underground with parking for 1,150 vehicles. Various sources list the official height between 225 and 235 m.

Tenants include the re-located embassies of Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands.
