Owned and maintained by the Burlington County Bridge Commission, the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge is a drawbridge that spans the Delaware River. It connects the Tacony neighborhood of northeast Philadelphia with the town of Palmyra, New Jersey, carrying State Route 73 for both states. It opened on August 14, 1929.
Unlike the larger (and higher) bridges further downstream that are operated by the Delaware River Port Authority, the toll to cross the bridge (charged westbound only) is currently $2.00.
