This is the site of Franklin County's only known private airport. It was listed from time to time on the FAA sectional charts as "Mohawk Airfield". The dirt runway can still be clearly seen at left. Mohawk is currently uncharted by the FAA, although the USGS does feature it on some maps.

Its operational status is UNKNOWN and should be considered completely UNUSABLE to airmen.
