This neighborhood is located on the northern part of Quito. Its known because many wealthy families live here, its name comes from the tennis club that it used to be located on Charles Darwin St. and Brasil Av. Nowadays, "Club Buena Vista" is placed there. Is a residential neighborhood, it has small parks, some pizzerias and few coffee shops.
