got its name from the teli population who have been living here for long, it is one of the oldest rural bazaar, and is strategically situated between the twin cities of Bokaro and Dhanbad.

  • Ruled by the ancient Jamindar Raja Prankrishna Bhattacharya and subsequently.The teli population was smoothly guided and debeloped by the jamindar rule. Soon later thr sowrn was handled by his middle son Shri Ajit Kumar Bhattacharrya. This jamimdar cum poojari contribute his complete life for Telmocho Bazar. He bring Electricity in ghe year 1967, post office by the help of his Honrable Brother-in-law Sunil Lumar Chakraborty, PMG of Bihar.He also designed PHED water supply and Jospital facility on Telmocho Firsy. Now Shri Ajit Kumar Bhattacharya is in hraven but by hid grace this all pamchayat touching the glimpses of glory. Now with the help of local MLA Mr. Dhulu Mahato the Robinhood of Dhanbad and this Jamindar family more developement have been planned by Mr. Abhijit Bhattacharya. Thanx to the family for their contribution for the village and developement of the society.
