PENZA Professional Lyceum № 2 traces its history back to 1940 as the leading cadres of workers building a profile.
Among the graduates of lyceum are Heroes of Socialist Labor, Honored Builder, honorary citizens of Penza. Many graduates have become business leaders, prominent public and political figures, to the best workers.
Our graduates have built CHP-1, CHP-2, Bus Station, City Hospital № 6, plants: Diesel, watches, Compressor, Tyazhpromarmatura, facilities, etc. Gorvodocanal
Lyceum has modern equipment in workshops, where students undergo industrial training. Computer classes, laptop computers, interactive whiteboards and plasma screens installed in the classrooms, helping students master the theory of general education, general technical and vocational subjects.
Every year some of the best students are encouraged to grant the governor. In the contest of professional skills in different sports, we won a victory. In 2008. Lyceum won the All-Russian competition of innovative educational programs and has received a grant of $ 40 million.
Pedkollektiv lyceum consists of highly qualified teachers and trainers. Of the 26 teachers, 18 have the highest qualification category, out of 13 trainers 9 have the highest qualification category.
