According to Rolls-Royce, more Rolls-Royce products are built at the Indianapolis Operations Center than anywhere else in the world. The 400-acre campus employs some 4,000 workers in manufacturing, assembly, testing, and engineering of turbine engines and components for a variety of military aircraft, including the V-22 Osprey, the E-2 Hawkeye, and the F-35B Lightning II.

In 2021, Rolls-Royce completed a $600 million project to modernize equipment and technology at the Indianapolis Operations Center.
