It's a Scream Pub Popular with Students
Regardless of the Pub Oxford closing, The city arms on the Cowley Road has always been a favourite with the students and their yellow cards.
It is a fairly bland pub but the atmosphere is always fun, light and excitable.
There are two pool tables and screens to show the football - they will show any televised match, even if were not planning to. That goes for rugby too. The staff are ultra friendly and down to earth - even the door men at the weekends are nice.
