Five-story parking garage containing 2,233 spaces. The garage sits atop the 200 block of Virginia Ave. and is connected to Bankers Life Fieldhouse (immediately to the west across S. Delaware St.) by an elevated, enclosed pedestrian walkway (at garage level 3).

Opened along with the Fieldhouse in late 1999, its main vehicular entrance/exit is from/to the intersection of S. Alabama St. and E. Maryland St. Auxiliary entrance/exit to the garage is via a ramp off of S. Delaware St. (approximately on the old E. Georgia St. alignment), which also provides access to an open-air parking lot south of the garage which is reserved for employees of Pacers Sports & Entertainment (PS&E).

Monthly daytime parking in the garage is dominated by employees of the adjacent Anthem Inc. Corporate complex and City-County government employees.
