One of the first subdivision in the Philippines developed by Antonio Quiogue. In the first inception of subdivision development the street were still very narrow, not anticipating that every household will someday own multiple cars. The land was inherited by his wife Maria Javier. The streets were named after her bother and sisters. Susana was the name of Maria's mother. A pocket village in Barangay Caniogan comprising of Isidro Street, Andrea Street, Jacinta Street, Maria Street, Juana Street, and A.Quiogue Street
