Dimskey

Dimskey (stressed on the "e"). Tatar village on the very South-Southeast of Tatarstan. It is situated inside natural creek made the Dimskey rivulet. Founded in the 1720th as the road station at the new Moscow-Orenburg Tract. The first inhabitants served there as the coachman, they were carrying out mailing, and the emperors officials. Characteristically that there were two villages Tatar Dimskey and Russian Dimskeye, but inhabitants of the second left it after Russian Revolution.
Population - near 1000. There are Tatar high school, Mosque.
