This mansion was built in 1887 and is an architectural monument. It can rightly be called the most luxurious building in the street: the central doors decorated with lions' heads on the facade of stucco rich, luxurious and elegant cornice royal balconies. At home, you can find a memorial plaque dedicated to managers managing different years, including Sergei Witte, who, to all appearances, still had time to visit the Minister of Finance.
