Development by DR Horton among other builders, luckily though DR Horton is being hit be record low sales in Washington so a portion of this property development has been canceled at a big loss for DR Horton.

The downside to this is they'll be adding upwards of 600-800 homes which will increase local traffic volumes past what is already a high traffic level.

Now if only they'll go bankrupt!
