Excellent gastro-pub, beautiful surroundings, prides itself on serving local produce, a little expensive (main courses around £12-£18, starters around £7) but well worth it. Allows well-behaved dogs. Looking forward to sitting outside in the Summer (if we get one this year!). Booking essential as they fill up at weekends. Menus can be a bit restricted for vegetarians. AA Gill was famously rude about the Bell - all I can say is, ignore him, he's a fool!
