The Lighthouse in Grand Cayman is an incredible experience from the beautiful seaside scenery on the ride to Breakers right through the wonderful setting of the restaurant itself and the amazing food. Your time here involves all the senses with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore under your feet as you dine, the smells of the salt air and the marvellous kitchen at work, the clear blue Caribbean Sea as a backdrop for one of Cayman’s most recognized landmarks, the feel of the ocean breeze and, finally, the taste of your exquisitely prepared meal and sip of wine from their marvellous list.

The Lighthouse restaurant itself was carefully renovated and updated in 2005 to what it is today: a bar lounge area, studio kitchen, patio, deck and gift shop. As well as the lovely deck and air-conditioned patio, there is the Port Room available for private functions. There you can enjoy a beautifully prepared meal in the company of friends, family or business associates surrounded by carefully selected wines from around the world.

The menu features a creative mix of local seafood and Italian cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Remy and his team. From a traditional Cayman red conch chowder to a Braised Veal Shank with Soft Saffron Polenta, there is something for everyone. The Lighthouse also offers a very flexible vegetarian menu with curries, pastas and a veggie stirfry. To go with your food, take your time perusing the Lighthouse’s extensive wine list which has received the Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator since 1997 or try a Caribbean cocktail or non-alcoholic smoothie.

From start to finish, the Lighthouse Club is an amazing journey for locals and visitors alike.
