Tokyo Fire Museum is located right on top of Yotsuya-Sanchome Station. It can be entered either directly from the station, or through the main entrance at street level.

The Tokyo Fire Museum is considered one of the best fire museums in the world. This multi-story museum houses and displays fire equipment spanning a period of over a hundred years. On the ground floor are the large red trucks, besides a horse-drawn fire carriage and a helicopter hanging from the ceiling. The second floor has mannequins dresses in different rescue wear and video game consoles lined against the walls. The third floor has interactive displays. The focus here is on the use of latest technology in fire-fighting. The fourth floor concentrates on the advancements after the 1800s. The displays here include early pressurized pumps and motorcycles. Photographs on the walls depict history of fire-fighting. Seventeenth and eighteenth century fire-fighting equipment are the displays on the fifth floor. The sixth floor has special exhibits that include photographs of major fires of Tokyo. There is also a children's room on this floor with fire-fighting related games and puzzles.

On the tenth floor of the building is an observation deck that is worth visiting. It offers a beautiful view of the area. There are also drink machines and tables and chairs where visitors can sit and relax.
