Sheffield's Central Bus Station (CBS) is the main bus station in Sheffield, forming the core of the wider Sheffield Interchange complex which also includes Flat Street and Fitzalan Square. It is located in the middle of the city centre and is easily accessible. Following a recent refurbishment, it now contains state-of-the-art live arrival and departure information, as well as basics such as heating, air conditioning, and other modern necessities. As well as forming the core of bus services across Sheffield and South Yorkshire, Central Bus Station is Sheffield's hub for long-distance coach services to Leeds, London, Scotland, and beyond.

CBS is just a two minute walk away from the equally modern Sheffield railway station, via a well-signposted covered walkway.
