ayala business park, mall, bpo, hotels, etc. will start this june 5. ayala had chosen davao city because this is the only true cosmopolitan city in mindanao. others are just tricycle controlled cities.

ayala center davao (ayala business park) in bajada, is already under construction. as of press time, heavy equipments are doing the ground works. target completion date, 2010. whole business park target, 2012.
