 church, lutheran church/kirk

The lutheran church of Skvorits was built of limestone from Puutosti in 1839 on the same place as the previous wooden church (built 1762-3). The russians removed it from the finnish parish, but during the german occupation (2nd world war) it was used for services. After the war only the stone walls where left and a new wooden church was built within the old. The new church was taken into service in october 2006.
