Formerly J.E.B. Stuart High School (after the Confederate Army general). Renamed in 2018 as part of a larger national push to rename buildings and institutions bearing the names of divisive Confederate historical figures. The school mascot was changed from the Raiders to the Wolves at this time as well. The school is notable for being one of the most ethnically diverse high schools in the country, while managing to be academically challenging. The class of 2000 was featured in an article in National Geographic.
