Main office building for the Argentine Senate, built by the Public Works Ministry between 1938 and 1943 for the National Postal Savings Bank and transferred to the Senate in 1994.

The 14-story, 37,000 m² (400,000 ft²) Rationalist building also housed Argentina's Library of Congress from 2004 until the completion of its current building in 2012.
