  Nice place to be in Siliguri when you are in holiday however residents are mostly indiscplined, irresponsible and their children unruly, noisy and bad-mannered. Residents do not stop their children from making noise and playing cricket in the open space which has resulted upteemed times in broken windows and frayed nerves.
