Located at 73 Sachem Street in New Haven, Ingalls Rink was designed by Eero Saarinen with funding from the family of David S. Ingalls. Known informally as The Whale, due to its shape, a tail-like lighting fixture in front, and the fact that the inside ceiling is ribbed. Yale Hockey games are played here.

The interior was used in 2022 as the filming location of the acoustic music video of Elton John's song "Hold Me Closer" with a skating performance by Nathan Chen.
