Lal-lo is a coastal municipality in the province of Cagayan in the Philippines. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 41,388 people.

During the Spanish colonization times, Lal-lo was known as the city of Nueva Segovia and was the seat of the Nueva Segovia diocese before it was moved to Vigan, Ilocos Sur.
