Fifteen acre entertainment center around the turn of the 20th century, it was pretty much abandoned by the end of the 20th century, only to be reborn like a phoenix from the ashes in the early 21st century! Softball and soccer fields have been added. Presently, the Carousel has been re-built, the former Whip ride building has been rebuilt as a social hall, and plans are in the works to revive the Dragon boat and add rail transportation into metro Elmira.
