This Eidgah ground is used over years for the Eid ul Fitr & Eid ul Azha prayers. Where Khateeb of Jama Masjid Masoom Shah Bukhari Moulan Abdul Majeed Saheb leads Eid prayers. He is the cousin of Mufti Muneebur Rehman. This ground is also used for football & cricket by youth of surrounding area.

  • Please be informed that Baloch Football Ground, Garden west is over two centuries old and don't forget also that the Tharu Lane's Balochs are there for more than three hundred years. Influx of Ismaili's in Garden West area is a quite recent phenomenon as they started coming in only after the later part of 1960s. With the connivance of unscrupulous elements in civic bodies they got allocated in their favour this playground knowing well that the law of the land does not permit a playground to be used for any other purpose including residential or commercial. Civic laws strictly do not allow a playground to be converted in whatever other purposes. This playground is not only used by area people but Islamis' youth themselves play cricket there. Never ever any objection was raised why Ismaily youth use this ground because playground is meant for all. Could anybody tell me how many playgrounds are there from Teen Hatti to Ranchore Line? I am sorry to say "none" except Baloch Football Ground. For God sake, I request the land mafia to spare this ground not for us but for the sake of Ismailies youths. We don't need any other ugly buildings.
