Renovation of Old Merz Garage

The old Merz Gas Station and Garage that was a rundown grey concrete block building is in the midst of a renovation. Performance Auto will be coming in here, we stopped to check with the renovation crew. Stucco repair and Southwest Yellow paint job has made the building much more attractive for passers-bye.
